We offer a wide variety of services from payroll to federal corporate tax returns. We offer you the option to select our service according to your needs, whether you choose our complete accounting services package or select only what you need most such as payroll or bank reconciliation. You can also design your own service package.
We also offer services to ensure compliance with state filing requirements such as sales tax returns, wage and unemployment tax reports, garnishments, personal property renditions and for the home health sector, preparation and filing on your behalf of HHSC Cost Reports.
If you already have an accounting assistant that just needs a little more training to manage your accounting system or get a better understanding of your activities and transaction recording, we can help in that area as well. Our staff is certified on the use and management of the most common accounting system used by small businesses: QuickBooks Online or Desktop. We gladly train your staff onsite in sessions that fit your work schedule. Don’t have QuickBooks yet? We can guide you in selecting the best membership plan for your business.
Aside from QuickBooks, we also master Wave as and accounting software alternative.

At Specialized Accounting & Tax Services, we do more than just accounting and taxes! Because we have a passion for serving local businesses, and the public in general, we also offer Notary Public Services.
We are pleased to have a notary public as a member of our team that has served the state of Texas for more than 30 years and is a member of the American Association of Notaries (AAN), to satisfy all of your notarization needs for business or personal documents that are required to be signed before a notary public. We notarize all kinds of documents such as contracts, affidavits, oaths, statements, wills, warranty deeds, cost reports, etc. and we translate them, when necessary, form Spanish to English or vice versa.
If you need to notarize a document but you need the document to be written first, we can write it for you as well!
Our notary public service is offered by appointment and if you can’t come to our location, we go to yours!
